Project methodology.
Ten stages that make sure a project runs cleanly from site survey to long-term maintenance.
- 01
Site Survey & Setting Out
A thorough survey of the site is carried out — dimensions, structural constraints and access considerations that could affect installation of machinery.
- 02
Requirements & Site-Condition Review
Client requirements, environmental conditions and consultant specifications are reviewed against the survey to lock down the scope.
- 03
Material & Equipment Planning
A materials and equipment list is prepared and checked by the HVAC engineer. It is kept up to date until completion so nothing stalls on site.
- 04
HVAC & MEP Design
Years of hands-on experience are applied to produce mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs aligned to consultant standards.
- 05
Equipment Selection
Equipment is selected from established brands including Carrier, Mitsubishi Electric, Rheem, Trane, York, O General and Toshiba.
- 06
Installation & Fabrication
Installation is executed to strict guidelines. Ducts and air-distribution products are fabricated in-house at the Sharjah factory when specified.
- 07
Testing & Commissioning
Systems are tested and commissioned to consultant and client acceptance criteria before handover.
- 08
Handover
Documentation, as-built information and O&M inputs are delivered as part of a clean handover.
- 09
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance programmes protect performance and extend equipment life.
- 10
Ongoing Client Communication
Onsite meetings are held during works and before completion. Lines of communication are kept open across every project.
